Training For Triathlon
At Elitecycling one of our specialities is helping triathletes improve their bike split. We have extensive knowledge in this area and we can help you prepare for your event and teach you to ride at a higher speed for longer.
Whether it be sprint, Olympic, 70.3 or Ironman we can help build not only the physiological fitness but also provide the guidance and psychology to perform at your best for the duration of the event.
Our training methods come from over 20 years of racing either in Triathlon or Time trialling so we can advise you on your position, Efficiency and Power distribution, Equipment choice and Feeding strategies for your event demands.
As well as our individual clients who regularly attend our sessions we also are a sponsor and coach to Premier Triathlon Club. This focuses our attention on also working within the triathlon community.
