Training For Leisure and General Fitness

The word fitness training always seems to be synonymous with gymnasiums and weight rooms. It may be that this does not stimulate you and have looked at other options like running or swimming for instance. They both have great strengths in building cardiovascular fitness but you may have found that running is too painful and not very motivating to you. Swimming is also great but can be very monotonous and also the timetable may not fit in with other commitments.
